A neutral depot where the vehicle is received, photographed and inventoried before any decision. Your experts visit by appointment, the vehicle is released to the buyer or their appointed carrier against the required documents, and we assist with plate deregistration on mandate.
Leasing companies
End of contract, total loss or recovered vehicle: we receive, check and store your vehicles while they await appraisal, inspection or a buyer. Monthly invoice per chassis number.
Expert bureaus
Booked slots, vehicle prepared in a lit bay with keys and access to the engine compartment, staff present. Your photos join the vehicle file.

From collection to release, every step is documented and available to the principal.
Towing and recovery
Collection and towing 24/7 to our depot, across Belgium and from abroad. Non-running, accident-damaged, electric and hybrid vehicles.
Intake and condition report
Timestamped photos of the exterior, interior, odometer and chassis. Inventory of parts, documents and personal items. Damage report sent to the expert and the insurer the same day.
Secure storage
Covered halls, controlled access, cameras, keys locked away and logged. Dedicated outdoor zone for damaged electric vehicles. Weekly inventory check.
Expert access
Appointment by phone or email, vehicle presented in a lit bay, keys and bonnet ready, staff available. Seven days a week.
File tracking
One file per chassis number: status, photos, costs incurred, movements. Email notification at every step. Monthly statement per principal.
Release and loading
Document check (insurer approval, Informex code, lessor delivery note), loading onto the buyer's truck, exit certificate. Collections seven days a week.
Stolen and recovered vehicles
Information request to the insurer, police steps to lift the alert, key ordering and coding with garages, return to running order and administrative regularisation.
Closing the file
Assistance with plate deregistration at the DIV, under written mandate from the principal and where the procedure allows. We organise the transfer to an approved centre when a vehicle must enter the end-of-life stream. The documents issued by that centre are forwarded to the principal.

Work order
You send us the plate or chassis number, the location and your file reference. We confirm the collection time.
Collection
The vehicle is collected and delivered to the Haren depot. A vehicle dropped by a third party is received on the same terms.
Condition report
Photos, inventory, damage report and deposit record. The file is sent to you the same day.
Custody and appraisal
The vehicle waits in a covered hall. The expert books a slot, the vehicle is prepared in the bay.
Release
Release to the buyer, the repairer or the owner against documents, exit certificate, deregistration or destruction on request. Monthly statement.
